My professional experiences span government, real estate, event management, construction, and entrepreneurship, each offering a different perspective on how organizations operate and how people work within them. From supporting international delegations visiting the United States through State Department–affiliated programs, to managing large-scale public events, guiding prospective tenants through housing decisions, and working on residential construction sites, I have seen firsthand how institutions, businesses, and communities function. These experiences have shaped my interest in policy, organizational leadership, and the systems that structure work and public life.
At the International Center of the Capital Region, I began as an intern supporting U.S. Department of State–affiliated programs such as the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) and Open World. I helped coordinate visits for international delegations from countries including Ecuador, Turkey, Indonesia, Pakistan, and Estonia, working directly with regional institutions and community partners. After my internship, I joined the Board of Directors, where I now contribute to governance and institutional programming. I also developed a pilot program for youth diplomacy designed for high school and college classrooms, introducing students to international relations and cross-cultural negotiation through a structured simulation.

Beginning at age 18, I took on significant responsibility with the Murphy Kennedy Group, conducting property showings across 13+ buildings and 30+ units totaling over $4.5 million in real estate. I manage every element of the client experience, from preparing units and coordinating access to guiding prospective tenants and buyers through detailed walkthroughs, addressing their questions, and ensuring a smooth, professional process. Through this work, I strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, manage complex logistics, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.

Right after high school, I worked in construction doing demolition, debris removal, and heavy material transport, which taught me discipline, reliability, and how to communicate effectively with crews who often spoke limited English. I later took on property management responsibilities, coordinating repairs, handling tenant needs, and ensuring buildings were maintained and safe. Together, these roles gave me a grounded understanding of labor, daily operations, and what it takes to keep residential properties functioning, experiences that shaped my work ethic and my ability to manage practical, on-the-ground challenges.

Monaciello Limoncello started as a generations-old family recipe and became a full venture I built from the ground up. Through HVCC’s Entrepreneur Club, I developed a complete business plan and investor pitch in 60 days, won the regional Food & AgTech track of the New York Business Plan Competition, and advanced to the statewide finals, representing the only community college competing against teams from Cornell, Columbia, and other major universities. What began as a family tradition is now an official LLC, laying the foundation for future production and market entry.
